Broker's Comments
Here we have a tidy example of the spacious ACM 1100m flybridge cruiser. This particular example is fitted with twin Volvo Penta AD41 diesel powered engines on Duo Prop Outdrives. She has just been lifted out and re antifouled.
She is a very roomy vessel and presented in original gel coat. These boats offer very good accommodation for a couple or small family with two dedicated double cabins and the saloon converting to further sleeping arrangements when required. She appears to be generally very well presented and clean and tidy and has a lot to offer given her space and layout.
She has a large Island double in the bow section with plenty of storage and locker options. There is direct access from this forward master cabin to the large heads and shower compartment if required. There is a second day-heads opposite this too which is useful.
The midships galley down arrangement is compact yet well fitted with Gas hog electric oven and grill and plenty of storage. The large fridge is under the helm seat in the spacious saloon. The saloon is large and comfortable and the upholstery appears to be in good order. Her wood work is all very nice and she offers plenty of seating and a very good lower helm driving position. This helm is very well equipped with Radar, chart plotter, compass, autopilot, trim tabs, speed and depth instruments, anchor windlass control, stereo, DSC VHF etc, the list is extensive.
The aft cockpit is accessed through large sliding patio style doors and is wood teak laid, with direct access to the engine and machine space beneath. Going up the ladder you reach the flybridge with L shaped seating and full helm controls and commanding views over the boat and surrounding area. A bow thruster, large froward deck with anchor windlass and a wide bathing platform and telescopic davits complete what is a very good value boat.
She has a Current Boat Safety certificate to mid 2025. A mooring at the marina may also be available to the new owner by discussion with the marina directly.
As the boat is out of the water at the time of listing, I have not been able to run her up, however, the vendor has advised that she runs and drives as she should.
The aft cockpit floor - although good and solid has some areas of wood that would benefit from replacement and some areas and some hinges that could be re-fixed. This looks to be mostly minor and does not affect in any way the operation and use of the boat.
These boat details are subject to contract.
