Broker's Comments
A lovely example of this sought-after cruising yacht.
Sadly she is being sold due to the owner's health but as the first and only owner she has been extremely well maintained and looked after, even down to bringing her ashore and scraping all of the antifoul off so she is clean and dry at the beginning of every season.
Being over 12 meters LOA she has an enormous amount of interior space, including a large saloon, 3 separate double cabins, a large galley area, a large U shaped saloon and 2 separate heads, both with showers.
She comes with a decent sail locker with the main being replaced in 2018 and the foresail replaced in 2017.
The engine has been well maintained, serviced and winterised every year.
