Lovingly restored by its current owners in 2018, the vessel underwent a full internal transformation. The refurbishment was no ordinary update. The boat was taken back to its original frame, meticulously restored and repainted, and fully insulated with spray foam throughout. The interior was then beautifully re-clad in birch wood, creating a clean, modern finish with timeless Scandinavian elegance. Additional photos of the renovation journey are available on request.

Step aboard into the spacious wheelhouse - a versatile entertaining space with panoramic views across the Thames. This area flows effortlessly into a bespoke galley kitchen, then continues down into a welcoming open-plan living area. A large overhead skylight floods the space with natural light, while dimmable, wireless-controlled LED lighting sets the mood perfectly for evenings in.

Custom-built integrated storage, doubles as extra seating, combining functionality with minimalist design. At the bow, a generous bedroom offers a king-size bed with lift-up storage, ideal for life aboard.

- Council tax is Band A is £640.77 for 2024/25 (lowest in London).

Mooring Information:
Current River Works Licence of 60 years with the PLA runs until Dec 2052, upon which it will be reviewed. We have no reason to believe it won't be renewed at this time. New owners would have an equal 10% share in Albion Quay 1992 Limited. One owner (if a couple) will become a Director of the Company, which gives the owners voting rights in any decisions made as the Company. There is an annual AGM, usually held around November time, to discuss Company matters.

Worth noting - the berth could accommodate boats up to a maximum size of 30m x 5m. All moored vessels must be equipped with a functioning engine.
